Annual report 2023
We have taken stock and can say that 2023 went well! We recorded a slight increase in patent applications at our office and Austrians worldwide even filed 2.5% more patents than in the previous year. In our recently published annual report, you can find the details of patents, trademarks and designs, who filed the most inventions and which federal state was the most innovative.
The artistic design was created by Mariia Soloviova, a student from Ukraine. She is the winner of our traditional competition at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. With her work "hidden but significant", she draws attention to the often unknown achievements of women in science and research. And so we are dedicating our current annual report to all the female inventors, innovators and researchers out there!
