Unfortunately, the current Corona situation requires another show of strength from all of us. Therefore, our request to you:

  • Please use our online services primarily.
    Whether for inquiries, registrations, or entries - we are 100% digitally accessible for you. Call us, our colleagues in the customer service center can be reached by phone.

Should your peronal visit at the customer service center be without alternative, please keep the following measures in mind:

  • Make an appointment in advance by phone
  • Enter the customer service center only one at a time
  • Wear a FFP2 mask during your visit
  • Come to the agreed appointment (if possible) unaccompanied

Your safety is important to us! If you come to us personally, you will find a customer area that is set up to maintain the necessary distance and we have also set up plexiglass protective walls. Without exception, our consultants waer mouth and nose protection. We therefore ask you to also use such a mask during the counseling sessions. We also have a few masks in stock in case you have forgotten yours.

Our customer center is available for personal visits Monday to Friday from 9h to 12h. It is also possible to submit submissions during this time. Our customer center will also be happy to arrange appointments for you with our experts from the legal and/or technical fields - in person or by video call.

Whether online or in person - together we remain strong to overcome this crisis!

IP Academy

Since May 2020 we have been offering our seminar content in the form of online seminars. What began as a corona measure has meanwhile become a well accepted alternative to the previous face-to-face seminar. 

Therefore, we are sticking to it: continue to learn everything about trademarks, patents and designs from the (home) office in a comfortable and time-saving way. Benefit from the comprehensive offer of our experts - for free.

In our online seminars, you always have the opportunity to ask questions or join the discussion. Simply register as usual via our website. You will receive a link shortly before the date with which you can register for the seminar.
