Requirements

You are concerned about a potential infringement of your own or a third party's intellectual property rights, i.e. patents, trademarks and designs, or you wish to receive general preventive advice on infringement and enforcement (see scenarios in the enquiry form).

This service is available only to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs are defined as companies with fewer than 250 employees and an annual turnover of no more than €50 million or an annual balance sheet total of no more than €43 million.
