New online form for filing an opposition of a Trade Mark

An opposition can be filed against the registration of a younger trademark and the retroactive cancellation of the registration can be required. 

Since November 15, 2020, this application can now also be submitted online using a new eService. 

The application is subject to a fee of EUR 206,-, to be paid during the application.
