International application (PCT-RO)
International submissions can be filed on WIPO's filing platform ePCT. There you can select Austria as the receiving office (RO), which means that the PCT application will be processed in the usual way through us. You pay the usual PCT-AT fees and we will be your point of contact for your PCT applications.
Our Online Filing Patent also offers the option of filing PCT applications. Please note, however, that the form performs less efficiently than direct access via ePCT and that a WIPO account will be required for this in future. We therefore recommend direct access via ePCT.
European patent application
European applications can be filed on the European Patent Office's filing platform OLF 2.0.
It is also possible to file EP applications in our Online Filing Patent system. Please note, however, that the form performs less efficiently than direct access via EP1001 and can only be used to file applications, not to make subsequent actions to EP applications. We therefore recommend direct access via OLF 2.0.
