Hildegard Etz has been a patent examiner at the Austrian Patent Office since 2004. Alongside her work reviewing patent applications, she represents the Office across Austria, giving presentations, conducting workshops, and advising individuals and organizations on intellectual property protection.
Georg Gamauf is a patent examiner at the Austrian Patent Office, specializing in civil engineering and physics.
Wolfgang Dietl supports technology-focused companies and research organizations in the strategic and sustainable use of intellectual property through IP strategy and management, helping ensure that innovative products and services are successfully commercialized.
Silvie Fröch has been a legal professional at the Austrian Patent Office since 2004, working in the Legal Department for International Trademark and Design Matters. Alongside her teaching activities, she is a member of the Nullity Division and acts as a legally qualified lay judge at the Higher Regional Court.
Klaus Förster has been with the Austrian Patent Office since January 2001. Besides examining whether trademarks are eligible for registration, he also deals with trademark cancellations in opposition and invalidity proceedings.
Thomas Stojanovic has been working as a technical examiner at the Austrian Patent Office since September 2016. In addition to his core responsibility of examining patent applications in the field of mechanical engineering, he also advises on intellectual property protection as part of the discover.IP project.
