Bulk data from the Austrian Patent Office’s public database may be obtained free of charge in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Information Reuse Act (Informationsweiterverwendungsgesetz – IWG).

For reasons of privacy, data may only be transferred to third countries (i.e. countries outside the European Union) if an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed in the respective third country.
