Patent and Utility Model Gazette

The Patent Gazette provides information on current developments in the field of patents:

• Part I includes ordinances, references to relevant laws, announcements, and communications from the Austrian Patent Office, as well as legal decisions in the field of industrial property rights.
• Part II publishes patent applications and newly granted patents and supplementary protection certificates, changes in the register or in personal or company data, as well as European patents with effect in Austria. 

The Utility Model Gazette contains new registrations of utility models as well as changes to the register.

The Patent and Utility Model Gazettes are published regularly on the 15th of each month. The current issues are available for download here. Notice: downloads are available in German only.
