Filing an application for a trademark or design is only the beginning: addresses change, documents need to be submitted, terms of protection expire. New online forms are now available for everything your trademarks and designs need during or after filing.
This makes it even easier to record changes (of names and addresses, for example), submit additional documents, or renew an existing right.
Accessible and responsive
The new online forms meet current standards for IT security and accessibility, offer improved compatibility across browsers and, thanks to their responsive design, work reliably on small screens as well.
In appearance and structure, the forms are now aligned with the online services of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) – a further step towards a consistent and user-friendly design of intellectual property procedures.
