Our Customer service center answers questions on intellectual property rights, procedures, fees and applications, and will refer you to the relevant departments if necessary.

Holidays and reduced hours
The customer service center is closed on public holidays, including December 24 and 31.
On Good Friday (the Friday before Easter) and All Souls’ Day (November 2), we are open until 12:00 pm.
During the Christmas season (December 24 through January 6), processing times for your inquiries may be longer due to limited availability.
