WIPO Symposium on Trade Secrets and Innovation

The Symposium will discuss the roles of trade secret systems in supporting innovation and knowledge sharing in a rapidly changing innovation ecosystem, which is increasingly international and driven by digital information.

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is organizing a WIPO Symposium on Trade Secrets and Innovation 2022, which is open to the public. Participants are invited to attend the Symposium at WIPO’s premises in Geneva and take advantage of on-site networking opportunities. In addition, the Symposium will be accessible via an online platform. Join prominent international speakers and panellists to explore the current topics on trade secrets – one of the oldest knowledge management tools.

The working languages of the Symposium will be English, French and Spanish with simultaneous interpretation.
